Customer Care Representative 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Customer Care Representative to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for someone with a customer support background and a technical edge to be a part of a rapidly evolving tech industry. 

The role is remote, thus providing an opportunity to work in a flexible, results-focused environment. 

Role: Contractual basis. 

Working hours: 35-40 hours per week. 

Location: Remote

Compensation:

• Initial 6 months: €550 /month.
• After successful completion of trial period: €750/month. 

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat.
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions.
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
• Share feedback from customers with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or similar customer support role.
• Fluency in written and verbal English is a must.
• Technical background (knowledge of SMS aggregation would be a plus).
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable with working remotely and ability to self-manage.
